Executive Assistant for the Chancellor’s Office
Mrs. Cooper serves as executive assistant to Dr. Don Cole, Assistant to the Chancellor for Multicultural Affairs. She maintains the filing system of official documents for the Chancellor’s Office and manages the student workers. In addition, Mrs. Cooper is responsible for reconciling the accounts for the Chancellor’s Office, manages the calendar for Room 200 and 110, work orders for the office and is responsible for all internal audits for the Chancellor’s Office and Paris Yates Chapel.
Michelle Jennings
Executive Assistant for the Chancellor’s Office
Mrs. Jennings serves as Executive Assistant to Mr. Perry Sansing, the University’s Associate General Counsel and Special Assistant to the Chancellor for Governmental Affairs. She coordinates information provided by the Office of the Chancellor to the IHL Board, works with members of the Board of Trustees, members of the State Legislature, internal and external departments, outside organizations and agencies and the general public.
Lynlee Stacy
Executive Coordinator to the Chancellor
Ms. Stacy serves as the Executive Coordinator to the Chancellor and provides overall administrative support to both the Chancellor and Special Assistant to the Chancellor. She manages frequent contact with internal and external university constituents while acting as a liaison for the Chancellor with local officials, Board members, alumni, faculty, staff, students, parents, and the general public.
Perry Sansing
Special Assistant to the Chancellor for Governmental Affairs
Perry Sansing serves as special assistant to the chancellor for governmental affairs. He is the university’s designated liaison to the Mississippi Legislature and works with elected and appointed officials throughout the state. He also works closely with elected and appointed officials in Oxford and Lafayette County.
Merrill Magruder
Special Assistant to the Chancellor for Family Engagement
Ms. Magruder serves as Special Assistant to the Chancellor for Family Engagement. She manages communication with students and families on behalf of the Chancellor, in addition to serving as the liaison between the Chancellor’s office, prospective students, families, and campus departments. Ms. Magruder also has oversight of the Ole Miss Family Association, where she executes Fall Family Weekend and the OMFA Newsletter.
